TACO BAR

Everything you need to build your own tacos. Two types of tortillas (soft flour and hard-shell corn) with a selection of three proteins, salad, toppings, sauces and dessert.

Protein:
roja chicken, chipotle grilled flank steak and braised black beans (all gluten-free)

Salad:
mixed greens with jalapeño-lime vinaigrette on the side (gluten-free)

Toppings:
red rice, black beans, grilled veggies, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh-made guacamole, street corn salsa (all gluten-free)

Sauces:
salsa verde (puréed tomatillos, jalapeño, onion, garlic, cilantro), Cholula hot sauce

Dessert:
churros with dulce de leche (caramel sauce)
