Chef George Lichvar, Executive Chef & Owner grew up in the kitchen. As a young boy, he peeled his fair share of carrots and watched and learned by assisting his uncle, a chef, cooking for their local church. Now, having ascended the ranks from prep-cook to Executive Chef, with two decades of the corporate dining experience at some of the largest companies in the world, he is dedicated to sharing his vision, culinary expertise, and passion with his clients and the Viva Events & Catering family. As the owner of Viva, Chef Lichvar transforms everyday dishes into delicious works of art since 2012, creating customized menus that are made to order for you, every single day.
